Odd fit and poor customer service

I waited a long time for this dress for nothing. First time I ordered it it never arrived and had to hound customer service for a resolution. I re ordered and it took FOREVER to come in. I emailed on 12/27 to check on the status and they JUST replied 1/12. In the interim, I received the dress and what a disappointment! Such an odd fit (small top and full rest of the dress)
